We have already collaborated with renowned brands such as Disney, Warner Bros., Nexters, and Tommy Hilfiger. Now, it's time to scale up.

The job

We are looking for a strategic-thinking B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the AR presence across diverse industries, from fashion to gaming.

The Marketing Manager will lead multi-channel campaigns that resonate with the targeted audience's needs and achieve clearly defined business goals. In this role, you will develop lead-generation campaigns for the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC regions, showcasing your expertise in a wide range of paid marketing tools.

The ideal candidate has experience leading B2B or SaaS-based marketing campaigns and possesses strong written communication skills.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing. This is a highly collaborative role, you will have direct access to the executive team and will work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and other departments.

Main functions

— Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and support sales. Use a data-driven approach for campaign design, execution, testing, and optimization.

— Collaborate with designers and the production team to create ad creatives, providing insights and recommendations on campaign assets, leveraging best practices to maximize performance.

— Implement A/B testing strategies to identify effective website changes, including copywriting, imagery, and calls to action, to boost engagement and drive conversions.

— Provide regular reports and updates on campaign performance, highlighting insights and opportunities for improvement.

— Monitor daily spending and performance to identify testing opportunities.

— Work closely with sales, product, design, and tech teams to achieve the best results and drive overall company success.

— Key KPIs for this role include MQLs and A/B test performance.


Qualifications

— 3–5 years of experience in multi-channel paid media

— Proven track record in developing and executing B2B marketing campaigns

— Proficiency in A/B testing and optimization techniques

— Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for informed decision-making

— Excellent project management skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

— Extensive experience in email marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid digital campaigns

— Strong reporting skills, able to track campaign performance and spending in detail, and provide summary reports to senior management

— Strong qualitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills, using analysis and metrics to drive continuous improvement and decision-making

— Exceptional organizational and time management skills

— Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

— Experience with Salesforce or Pipedrive will be an advantage

— English proficiency at the B2 level

Within 3 Months

— Build strong relationships with Sales, Design, Product, and Tech teams to foster cross-functional collaboration

— Develop a deep understanding of the data in Pipedrive to effectively track all MQLs

— Amplify SEM, SEO, PPC, and CRM with your expertise

— Create a process for working with advertising creatives and testing hypotheses; launch initial campaigns and document the results

— Conduct comprehensive audits of the website to identify usability issues, friction points, and conversion barriers

— Provide regular, detailed reports on marketing performance
