We are currently seeking a strong QA Lead who will become a leader and inspiration for the team. We need someone capable of developing and guiding the team, improving testing processes, and establishing effective collaboration within the team.

Responsibilities

— Manage a team of 13 people: develop employees, provide mentorship, conduct 1-on-1 meetings, performance reviews, and handle hiring.

— Develop testing processes.

— Estimate testing timelines, review test and product documentation.

— Participate in version planning, oversee integration and delivery timelines.

— Incident management: assess and resolve current and long-term issues.

— Participate in task planning and evaluation, decompose tasks.

Our expectations

— At least 2 years of experience as a QA Lead on large projects.

— Experience in managing a team of at least 5 people.

— Experience in testing mobile applications in IT or game development; experience with Unity projects is a plus.

— Ability to have an architectural view of the team and project, and build processes considering project specifics.

— Experience with client-server architecture.

— Strong QA hard skills and experience with various testing and development processes.

— Ability to take initiative and responsibility, and be the owner of QA processes within the team.

— Fluent Russian.
