We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including HR administration, payroll management This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

HR Administration:

— Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations

— Prepare and process employment contracts, termination agreements etc.

— Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

— Coordinate employee status changes and update HR systems accordingly

— Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures


Payroll Management:

— Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary distributions

— Manage payroll inputs, such as hours worked, overtime, deductions, and benefits

— Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts

— Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements

— Address employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly


Employee Interaction and Support:

— Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR administration and payroll issues

— Provide guidance and clarification on HR policies and procedures to employees


Expert Evaluation and Process Improvement:

— Conduct expert evaluations of HR administration processes and recommend improvements to management

— Participate in the audit of HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency

— Suggest enhancements to existing HR practices to optimize workflow and employee satisfaction


Qualifications

— Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

— 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role

— Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices

— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

— Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

— Experience with HR and payroll software systems is preferred
