As a Senior Αndroid Developer,  you'll be joining our new core team. This group of experts will focus on R&D, developing tools and best practices to drive innovation and excellence across our mobile and web platforms. Responsibilities

— Lead design sessions and contribute to architectural decisions for mobile and web integration

— Develop and implement high-performance tools, APIs, and solutions to enhance our technology stack

— Conduct performance optimization and ensure scalability across our applications

— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to test hypotheses and validate new features

— Mentor and support other development teams, sharing best practices and innovative solutions

— Stay abstracted from day-to-day development to provide strategic oversight, while understanding current workflows and limitations

— Play a key role in launching new apps, leveraging your experience to navigate potential challenges and limitations

Requirements

— 8+ years of experience in Android development with a strong background in Java and Kotlin

— Proven experience in leading design and architecture sessions

— Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python

— Experience with frontend frameworks like React or Angular

— Expertise in performance tuning and optimization techniques

— Hands-on experience with launching and maintaining Android applications

— Proficient in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and ensuring seamless interaction between web and mobile platforms

— Experience with R&D and developing new tools and frameworks

— Ability to validate and implement new ideas, growing small initiatives into major projects

— Visionary mindset with hands-on technical skills
