Recruitment is one of our key business areas, and our goal is to become the number one in the industry. In this role, you will face new challenges and a fast-paced environment, have the opportunity to influence processes, lead initiatives, and test new hypotheses. Currently, the company is focused on hiring A-players, so we need your creativity, boldness, and resourcefulness.

Tasks

Requirements

— Having a successful track record in recruitment in IT/gamedev companies for at least 3 years

— Experience in working with Senior-level and higher vacancies

— Proficient in using X-ray and Boolean search techniques, as well as other essential candidate sourcing channels and tools

— Embracing an analytical approach and always considering data when making decisions

— Building strong partnership relationships with hiring managers: adept at identifying and solving recruitment challenges, and proposing ready solutions

— Ability to articulate your perspective and engage in constructive debates
