We are looking for a talented specialist who will help us build and develop a strong community around our Web3 project in the real estate rental sector. If you possess creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for the crypto industry, this role is for you!

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience as a Community Manager or Marketing Manager in Web3/crypto projects

- Understanding of the crypto industry and blockchain

- Ability to create and conduct effective marketing campaigns, referral contests, quizzes, and other events

- Experience with contest platforms (e.g., Zealy ...)

- Content creation skills: writing articles, tweets, preparing memes and banners

- Ability to analyze community metrics and adapt strategy accordingly

- English language proficiency at C1+ level (all work will be conducted exclusively in English)

Tasks:

- Develop and implement community growth strategy

- Create content for various platforms (Twitter, Telegram, Discord, etc.)

- Organize and conduct contests, quests, and other events to increase community engagement

- Write informative Twitter threads and articles to explain the product and attract new users

- Create and maintain relationships with influencers and partners in the crypto sphere

- Moderate chats and process user requests
