Main responsibilities:

— Be responsible for timely closing of vacancies by relevant candidates

— Manage the search priorities for a vacancy, monitor the quantity and quality of the flow of candidates from researchers

— To have effective communication with hiring managers for your vacancies to achieve results

— Provide completeness, timeliness and transparency of providing information to hiring managers

— Provide a positive candidate experience: supports the candidate at all stages of the recruitment process (ensure transparency of stages, deadlines for the candidate, provide timely feedback)

— Provide the relevance of internal sources of information about candidates

— Take part in recruiting and sourcing projects of the company

What we’re looking for:

— Work experience as a recruiter for at least 2 years in the gamedev field

— Successful experience working with specialized resources: Linkedin / Dribble / Behance / Artstation / GitHub / Stack overflow, other professional sources and social networks

— Experience of successful closing of vacancies at the Senior level and above;

— Ability to determine the list of competencies and form requirements for candidates, professional knowledge of HR interview techniques

— The desire is not just to close the vacancy quickly, but to find a colleague who will work in the company for a long time

— Ability to prioritize and effectively plan your working time

— Initiative, result orientation, flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
