Key Responsibilities

— Analyze player interaction data and identify unusual behavior patterns.

— Evaluate the performance of game features and provide actionable insights.

— Support hypothesis development and goal setting for A/B testing scenarios.

— Design frameworks for metrics and dashboards to facilitate easy analysis and visualization.

— Predict trends in player retention and key product metrics to influence product development.

— Take ownership of game feature evaluations, including managing the A/B testing framework.

What We're Looking For

— Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2C or gaming product analytics.

— Expertise in conducting various A/B tests and applying alternative evaluation methods for product changes.

— Strong skills in hypothesis generation, formulation, and execution.

— High level of team and product immersion, with the ability and willingness to work closely with the product team.

— Fluent Russian.

Skills and Tools

— Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, scipy), Tableau, and Git.

— Strong analytical reporting and data visualization skills.

— Knowledge of mathematical statistics.

— Experience with databases, data warehousing, and information systems.

— Skills in developing mathematical/simulation models are a plus.
