As a Senior Product Manager at inDrive's Neobank PAX, you will identify and develop financial products for passengers. Working with a small, dedicated team of Android, iOS, and Backend Engineers, and collaborating with shared product designers and analytics, you will lead the creation of impactful fintech solutions. Leveraging inDrive's successful initiatives for drivers, including partnerships with fintech firms in Mexico, the goal is to bring innovative financial products to a broader audience.

Responsibilities

— Develop and execute a product roadmap.

— Oversee the entire lifecycle of fintech features.

— Lead and coordinate with engineering, design, QA and business teams to meet product specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications

— Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

— Minimum of 3 years in product management.

— Strong leadership and communication skills.

— Proficient in Agile methodologies and product management tools.

— Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and data-driven product development.

— Proactive, strategic thinker with an eye for innovation.
