At Krisp, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to spearhead our digital advertising, SEO, and marketing campaigns. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and managing paid campaigns, and SEO in collaboration with vendors. This positioning will be also responsible for planning marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and user acquisition across Krisp's multiple product lines. This role is integral in amplifying Krisp's digital presence and engaging and converting users across various channels.

What you'll do

— Develop and optimize digital advertising and paid campaigns strategies through strategic collaborations with vendors, overseeing analytics, reporting of paid campaigns, and conducting experimental campaigns across various platforms.

— Supervise the SEO strategies, maintenance, optimization, and reporting through collaboration with SEO vendors.

— Plan and supervise influencer marketing campaigns in order to increase brand awareness across different products of Krisp.

— Enhance Krisp’s website for better user and lead acquisition by managing conversion rate optimization strategies, conducting A/B testing of content and CTAs, creating and optimizing landing pages, and producing analytics reporting for site performance.

— Architect and refine email marketing approaches, emphasizing user acquisition, activation, and retention.

What we are looking for

— 5+ years of experience in marketing and growth

— Experience working with international companies and vendors

— Experience in SaaS business

— Deep understanding of SEO, paid ads, performance marketing

— Experience in marketing campaign execution

— Data-driven approach and analytical thinking
