Here's what we're looking for:

— A demonstrated track record in team management and hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels including SEO, Google PPC, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, SMM, and CRM-marketing

— Strong analytical prowess to derive insights from data and drive informed decision-making

— Expertise in performance marketing strategies aimed at achieving measurable business objectives

— Proven ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results

— Experience in the UAE market is a plus

— English proficiency (B1-B2), sufficient for effective communication with colleagues and partners (our team consists of 10 nationalities), Russian language skills are a plus

Tools:

— experience with GA4, Excel, Any BI;

— familiarity with Zoho is a plus

— basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and similar is also advantageous

Key responsibilities:

— Leading the promotion of all company services through channels such as SEO, Google PPC, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, SMM, and CRM-marketing

— Remote management of team tasks and outcomes: 2 SEO specialists, 1 junior media buyer (targetologist), and 1 ppc manager

Three months goals:

— Complete comprehensive analytics

— Build team relationships

— Launch new product into the market

— Achieve initial results with new services

First-year goals:

— Double run rate revenue while maintaining or expanding margins, through growth of existing and launch of new services
