What you'll do:

— Assisting in establishing processes within the agency's organizational tools (Asana, Google Drive, follow-ups via TLDR, etc.)

— Preparation of materials for publication on the agency's website and social media (e.g., translating a case study into English, preparing the layout in Canva, and posting it with the necessary hashtags/keywords).

— Preparing materials for the agency's clients according to the manager's requirements: formatting and updating guidelines, preparing media plans and report files (based on a template) for UA managers, creating presentations, etc.

— Collecting statistics from ad accounts upon request

Requirements:

— You have a desire to develop in the digital marketing field

— You enjoy taking initiative and responsibility

— Your English proficiency is at least B2

— You have experience working with Canva or other graphic editors.

— It is a plus if you already have experience working with ad platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, or TikTok Ads

Conditions:

— We hire you as a contractor with a Service Agreement

— Compensation in euros on a monthly basis (paid to your foreign account or via Solar Staff)

— Availability is required on working days from 10 AM to 7 PM Cyprus time

— Training and supervision from the Head of Client Relationships & Marketing Operations, with regular one-on-one meetings
