We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our global team. Your primary objective will be to scale our cash loans product for drivers worldwide.

Responsibilities

— Find and engage new partners to support the growth of cash loans across multiple geographies (Middle East and Asia - primary focus)

— Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate the relationship moving forward

— Manage and develop all current partnerships from business perspective (e.g. metrics, commercials, contracts)

— Structure the current challenges and proactively find actionable solutions

— Continuously research the local markets and come up with new fintech product ideas

— Continuously liaise with cross-functional teams to speed up the scaling (M&A team, product & tech team, legal team)

Qualifications

— Minimum of 5 years in business development or partnerships B2B products

— High degree of self-motivation and self-sufficiency

— Ability to identify challenges, analyze data, and proactively implement effective solutions

— High degree of proactivity and ownership - new ideas on products, ways to solve existing problems

— Thrive in uncertainty and demonstrate high flexibility / adaptability to change

— Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

— Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive consensus among stakeholders

— Entrapreneurial spirit - an ability to find new opportunities, measure them, and manage implementation

— Fluent English
