Who we are looking for:

We are looking for a CTO who will become a key player in our project and help build the technical infrastructure to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the payment aggregator. The candidate must be ready to work at the partner level and share the company's risks.

Responsibilities:

— Managing all technical aspects of the project.

— Designing and creating infrastructure to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the payment aggregator.

— Development and maintenance of technical infrastructure (email, websites, CRM, processors, servers, security, etc.).

— Integrations with banks, payment gateways, and clients.

— Creation and maintenance of showcases.

— Communication with suppliers and customers.

— Creation and maintenance of an up-to-date product description and API.

— Assistance in registering and documenting intellectual property rights for the product.

— Passing technical audits.

— Participation in profile conferences, exhibitions, and events.

— Ensuring cybersecurity.

— Improving software products in line with current technologies.

— Providing the technical part of regulatory procedures.

Immediate goals (for the next six months to a year):

— Obtaining the necessary certifications and passing the required audits (such as PCI DSS)

— Designing infrastructure to ensure the uninterrupted operation of the payment aggregator.

— Development and maintenance of technical infrastructure (email, websites, CRM, processors, servers, security, etc.).

— Integrations with banks, payment gateways, and clients.

— Creation and maintenance of showcases.

Key requirements:

— Experience working as a CTO or similar technical role.

— Experience in FinTech or online acquiring for at least 3 years.

— Deep understanding and experience in developing and maintaining technical infrastructure.

— Experience with integrations with banks and payment gateways.

— Knowledge of modern technologies and methods of ensuring cybersecurity.

— Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders (suppliers, clients, partners).

— Readiness for a high level of involvement and sharing the company's risks.
