We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our Snoonu Creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions across a variety of mediums. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design process from conceptualization to final execution for a range of print and digital projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, web design, social media graphics, and presentations.

2. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.

3. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, offering constructive feedback to help them grow their skills and develop their careers.

4. Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our design work.

5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. Take ownership of projects, ensuring that all deliverables meet brand standards, are visually engaging, and effectively communicate the intended message.

7. Work closely with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to coordinate production and ensure the highest quality output.

8. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.

What You'll Need

1. Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma and other design software.

3. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to both internal stakeholders and clients.

5. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

7. English B2 required and higher, it will plus if u know Russian B2 and higher.

Nice to have:

1. Experience with web design, UI/UX principles

2. Proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D + Octane/Redshift

2. Experience with motion design
