Brainsome is looking for an Account Manager to become a part of our team in Cyprus. This position will report to the Head of Advertisers. We're looking for someone passionate and ready to grow fast along with us.

Main duties & responsibilities:

— Initiate communication with potential clients via LinkedIn or other resources

— Provide support to existing clients, by replying to their inquiries

— Ensuring follow-ups are made post-meetings

— Proactively search for new clients (companies and individuals) using provided resources

— Participate in calls and assist in correspondence with advertisers

— Maintain accurate payment records in CRM

— Assisting with the planning and arrangements for conferences

Requirements:

— Experience in support/account management

— Exceptional attention to detail

— Excellent verbal/written communication skills

— Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects

— Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

— English close to native

— Sales or business development experience would be an advantage

— Experience in digital marketing would be considered an advantage
