Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Marketing Performance Manager to lead our digital advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with the product team to develop and test hypotheses, while also working with external agencies to optimize landing pages. The successful candidate will be analytical, data-driven, and capable of delivering clear, actionable insights to enhance our marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Formulating Value Propositions: Develop compelling value propositions and create effective hooks that resonate with our target audience.
2. Audience Targeting: Utilize practical, hands-on experience to accurately target selected audiences across various digital platforms.
3. Product Hypothesis Testing: Work closely with the product team to formulate, test, and iterate on product hypotheses to drive growth and improve customer acquisition strategies.
4. Landing Page Optimization: Oversee and collaborate with external agencies on the development and optimization of landing pages to ensure they align with campaign goals and drive conversions.
5. Campaign Management: Setup, manage, and optimize ad campaigns in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and budget.
6. Metrics Analysis: Analyze advertising and product performance metrics using tools like Mixpanel, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Reporting: Regularly present campaign results, insights, and suggestions for improvement to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

— Proven experience in managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, with a strong understanding of platform-specific nuances.
