Tasks

— Ensuring the successful development and implementation of product growth strategies

— Building and leading teams: performance reviews, professional development support, hiring

— Production management: creating and developing processes and overseeing their efficiency

Requirements

— Experience in managerial, leadership, or product positions in game development companies

— Exceptional understanding of the principles and processes of product management

— Experience assessing and developing a team

— Fluency in Russian
