We are seeking talented Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in recruiting IT professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong presence on LinkedIn and a proven track record of successfully sourcing, hiring, and interviewing technical talents.

Responsibilities

— Searching for specialists in various functions (IT Roles)

— Active search for candidates using various sources, conducting interviews

— Interaction with candidates and hiring managers at all stages

— Support of the process of adaptation of new employees

— Participate in other HR projects and activities

Qualifications

— Experience in hiring for IT roles

— Understanding the specifics of the IT recruitment

— Upper intermediate English (B2)

— Be able to use various sources and search tools

— It will be a huge plus, if you have experience of recruiting English-speaking IT specialists
