Your role at Exness:

We are currently hiring a Data Analyst to work in a team that operates in a matrix-teams model where individuals from different BI functions come together to facilitate the development of one of the company’s business functions using BI solutions, instruments, and support.

You will:

— Analyze ad hoc data.

— Develop, modify, and maintain data-driven processes in the Exness teams.

— Construct experiments and check hypotheses based on data.

— Translate data analyses and data insights into visuals for non-technical audiences.

What makes you a great fit:

— Excellent data-analysis skills, 3 to 5 years or more of BI or analytics experience

— Good understanding of mathematical statistics and probability theory: correlations, effects, and anomaly detection

— Experience with databases and a strong knowledge of SQL is a must

— Analytical and critical thinker who can model and interpret data to drive decisions

— Ability to formalize and visualize the results of the data analysis

— Ability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently and to handle multiple, simultaneous deadlines

— Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and upper-intermediate written and spoken English

— Mathematical or engineering education

— Experience with predictive modeling

— Python programming experience

— Experience working with BI tools

— Algorithmic trading experience
