What you'll do:

— Analyzing data to identify patterns and factors behind customer decisions

— Building quantitative models to evaluate and optimize the platform economy

— Coordinating monetization efforts with the Product and Marketing departments

— Designing financial products and instruments based on data insights and feedback.

Required:

— University degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field

— Knowledge of statistical methods and basic economic concepts

— Work or study experience in data analysis using R or Python

— Upper-intermediate English.

Desired:

— Experience with game economy design or in-game behavior analysis

— Understanding of behavioral economics principles and applications

— Scholarly or work experience with derivatives or cryptocurrencies

— Ability to explore relevant academic concepts in a work context

— Communication and presentation skills, social competence

— Enthusiasm towards fintech product development.
