Job Summary

EasyBiz is revolutionizing the company incorporation and management process through intuitive mobile and desktop platforms. Our mission is to make company management as seamless and efficient as possible for our clients, delivering a superior user experience. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Marketing Lead to spearhead all marketing activities and drive lead-generation efforts.

The Marketing Lead will establish and oversee all marketing processes, ensure lead generation targets are met, and manage the complete marketing funnel. This role will also include handling PR, content creation, analytics, and reporting. The Marketing Lead will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing strategies with the company’s growth objectives and may hire additional content marketing resources as needed.

Job description

As we expand into European markets, we are looking for a strong Marketing Lead to take charge of the marketing function and ensure consistent growth in leads and customers.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:

— Create a comprehensive marketing strategy and oversee the entire funnel.

— Design and implement strategies for lead generation through effective advertising campaigns.

— Participate in marketing budget planning and optimize expenditures.

Manage Marketing Operations:

— Oversee current projects and coordinate freelancers (copywriters, targeting specialists, designers).

— Define tasks, monitor deadlines, and evaluate team performance.

— Prepare and defend marketing budgets with the commercial director.

PR and Content Marketing:

— Develop PR strategies, write press releases, and manage their publication.

— Evaluate content effectiveness and ensure it resonates with the target audience.

— Manage content creation processes through freelancers as needed.

Analytics and Reporting:

— Set up analytics tools and generate detailed performance reports.

— Analyze campaign effectiveness and make adjustments to improve ROI.

— Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behavior.

Collaboration with Teams:

— Work closely with the commercial director, product teams, and sales teams.

— Ensure synergy between marketing and other company functions.

Requirements:

Experience:

— 3+ years of experience in B2B service marketing, preferably in FinTech or SaaS companies.

— Proven track record in startup or fast-growing environments.

— Successful experience managing budgets and teams.

Skills and Competencies:

— Ability to build marketing strategies from scratch and achieve business results.

— Excellent analytical skills, with strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.

— Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads).

— Knowledge of content strategies and the ability to manage content creation processes.

— Familiarity with analytics tools and CRM systems for lead management.

— Bonus: fluency in French or German.
