About us
We are building a mobile-first, AI-powered travel platform revolutionizing how people plan, book, and enjoy travel experiences. Backed by 100,000+ traveler), we deliver seamless, one-click holidays with curated hotels, transfers, insurance, and emotionally rich lifestyle upsells — all wrapped in predictive tech and sleek UX.
As we prepare for our MVP launch and scale across the UK and EU, we’re hiring a sharp, emotionally intelligent Business Development Manager to lead our supply-side growth — from hotels and schools to airlines and wellness experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
• Identify and onboard key service providers: hotels, chalets, ski schools, spas, wellness retreats, and gear rental shops
• Source and secure airline partnerships (aggregators, charters, regional carriers) to integrate flights into bundled packages
• Structure win-win agreements and ensure Skibookers travelers get exclusive, flexible, or discounted options across services
• Own full partner lifecycle: from initial outreach and contract negotiation to onboarding and performance review
2. Commission & Pricing Negotiations
• Negotiate the best possible commission rates across all service verticals (hotels, transfers, lessons, spa, flights, etc.)
• Design bundled pricing models with partners to drive conversion and increase average order value
• Constantly benchmark market pricing and identify opportunities for private rates or promotional exclusives
3. Strategic & Ecosystem Partnerships
• Develop and maintain partnerships with local tourism boards, boutique travel operators, coworking retreats, and creators
• Explore future B2B collaborations (e.g. white-label SaaS, branded content) with niche travel brands and resorts
• Align with marketing team for co-branded campaigns, partner highlights, or seasonal offers
4. Revenue & Product Alignment
• Ensure partner offers align with revenue targets and user expectations (margin, availability, add-on quality)
• Work with product and design teams to ensure all partner offerings are well-presented and searchable in the UX
• Monitor key partner performance KPIs (booking rate, user rating, CTR, margin) and optimize accordingly
5. Launch Support & Expansion
• Support MVP launch with 10–20 curated resort and service partners in core markets (UK, France, Austria, Italy, etc.)
• Help coordinate early retreats or summer offers (e.g. yoga weekends, hiking escapes, digital nomad specials)
• Prepare documentation and dashboards for future automation/API integrations
Who You Are
• 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or supply-side sales — ideally in travel, hospitality, OTA, or mobility sectors
• Proven track record negotiating partner agreements and securing strong commercial terms
• Experience with airline partnerships or flight aggregators is a major plus
• Excellent communicator, confident negotiator, and comfortable with contracts and deal structure
• Organized, independent, and comfortable managing many conversations at once
• Fluent in English; bonus points for French, German, Italian, or Spanish
• Passionate about mountains, travel, or lifestyle tech — you get what makes our audience tick
• You are based in Europe
