Who are we looking for?‍

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager with 3 or more years of IT experience to join our team and oversee the successful execution of our company's diverse and complex projects. If you are interested in building processes from scratch, not forgetting to optimise current processes, focus on budget - you are exactly who we need!‍

Our ideal candidate:

– Higher education: a degree in management, business, engineering or a related field

– Experience as a project manager of 3 years or more in an IT company: organizing the full project lifecycle — from discovery and planning to delivery and completion. Experience in hiring and managing freelancers

– Analytical skills: ability to analyze incomplete project data, refine it, and provide practical actions for highly efficient execution

What will you do in this position?

– Build processes from scratch and optimize existing ones with a focus on efficiency and budget, improve project management methodologies and processes in the company

– Full project cycle management: discovery, planning, implementation of internal and client projects

– Develop and continuously optimize detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

– Manage resources to ensure maximum utilization and efficiency

– Be adaptable and ready to take on additional company tasks as needed
