Internship Overview

As a Junior Investment Acquisition Associate Intern, your primary focus will be supporting and participating in investor outreach. You will help identify, contact, and engage with potential investors to support Hiiro’s fundraising efforts. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates seeking hands-on experience in investment acquisition, startups, and digital health.

Key Responsibilities

— Investor Outreach & Relations (Main Focus)

— Proactively research and identify potential investors (angels, VCs, family offices, CVCs) aligned with Hiiro’s mission.

— Initiate contact with potential investors via email, phone, and social platforms.

— Support the scheduling and organization of investor meetings and follow-ups.

— Maintain and update investor databases and CRM tools.

— Assist in preparing and adapting investment materials (pitch decks, teasers, one-pagers, data rooms).

— Help nurture and maintain relationships with investors, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

— Fundraising Support

— Participate in the fundraising process, including due diligence and Q&A.

— Coordinate with legal, finance, and executive teams as needed.

— Gather and organize market, competitor, and financial data to assist with investment proposals.

— Strategic Partnerships

— Support the identification of potential partners (corporates, wellness platforms, marathon organizers, brands).

— Assist in preparing materials for partnership discussions and agreements.

— Market Intelligence

— Monitor trends in health, fitness, and digital wellness investment.

— Help prepare insights and reports for the leadership team.

Requirements

— Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

— Interest in investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or startup fundraising.

— Basic analytical skills and familiarity with financial modeling or presentations.

— Good written and verbal communication skills.

— Willingness to learn, collaborate, and support multiple stakeholders.

— Organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely.

— Passion for health, fitness, or sports is a plus.
