Responsibilities

- Conduct extensive, in-depth research on market trends, industry insights, customer behavior, and competitive positioning

- Analyze research findings to propose data-driven hypotheses and marketing strategies

- Utilize AI agents, OSINT tools, and various automation to enhance research efficiency

- Provide structured reports and regular updates to sustain research effectiveness

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and refine data-driven campaigns

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and research skills

- Strong motivation to work hard and smart “behind the scenes”

- Experience with LLMs (GPT), OSINT tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Python (for basic automation) will be an advantage

- Ability to work in deep focus, process large volumes of information, and generate actionable insights

- High Interest in structured research rather than direct sales

- Basic understanding of B2B sales, the IT market, and how software development companies work will be welcome

- English language skills at B2 level or higher, Russian at B2 level or higher (able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken)
