Portrait:

Senior Product Owner – a leader and key pillar for both the team and the client (not a babysitter).They understand client needs, manage expectations, and handle difficult conversations with patience. They solve problems while prioritizing both client success and company interests.As the driving force behind the product, they align goals with business objectives, set priorities, and lead with expertise in Scrum and Agile. They inspire cross-functional teams, enforce quality standards, and take full ownership of results.With hands-on product management experience, including successful launches and long-term strategy execution, they excel in risk management and data-driven decision-making. Detail-oriented and adaptable, they embrace challenges, learn from mistakes (without experimenting on live products!), and foster team growth through leadership and knowledge sharing. They embody the company’s seven principles.

Goals:

- The product meets customer needs and expectations

- Customers are satisfied, continue using our services, and request new products

- The product aligns with company goals

Strategic Planning:

- Contributing to the development of the company's long-term strategy

- Defining strategies and opportunities for product diversification and increased product profitability

Strategic Sales Management:

- Taking responsibility for post-sales and cross-sales within the company

- Collaborating with company leadership to define strategies and opportunities for improving Time to Market

Requirements:

- Experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner/Analyst

- Experience interacting with international clients

- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, or a willingness to learn

- Conversational and written English and Russian

- Practical familiarity with the OKR goal-setting approach

- Emotional intelligence

- Negotiation skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients
