Pink Elephant is a venture builder and investment company developing an ecosystem of progressive mental health solutions. Our portfolio combines media, diagnostics, e-commerce, telemedicine, and technology to make evidence-based therapies and holistic practices more accessible. Through our media platform States of Mind, we create high-quality content, diagnostic tools, and a curated provider marketplace, helping people navigate options from psychotherapy and ketamine therapy to wellness supplements and mindfulness practices. We focus on Europe and other advanced markets, preparing infrastructure for the coming wave of psychedelic and mental health innovation.

Our mission is to destigmatize and expand access to progressive mental health solutions—ranging from advanced therapies to holistic practices—supporting both individuals with clinical conditions such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD, and those seeking to strengthen their overall mental well-being. We combine scientific rigor and evidence-based standards with clear, accessible communication to make these tools understandable and usable for everyone.

The role

As a CMO, you will own full-stack marketing for Pink Elephant’s products – from go-to-market strategy and branding to performance-driven growth across channels. This is a high-leverage role for a strategic doer who thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, and knows how to move fast without breaking trust in regulated industries.

Responsibilities: what you will drive

Portfolio-wide ecosystem launches

— Design and execute go-to-market strategies for multiple products at once (e.g., ketamine telemedicine MVP in the UK, microdosing e-comm, media platform, guiding app);

— Create coherent brand narratives across the product ecosystem, ensuring synergy between media, community, and digital health tools;

— Lead coordinated product rollouts across diverse markets and regulatory environments.


Growth strategy across different channels

— Develop growth hacking strategy and navigate high-performance marketing funnels across SEO, paid acquisition, influencer/UGC loops, and lifecycle automation – through Growth Marketing Manager

— Manage SMM-led acquisition (particularly on IG, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit), converting attention into engagement and users – through SMM Lead.

PR

— Build and implement PR strategy, including communications and reputation.


Leadership & cross-functional collaboration

— Build and lead a distributed marketing team, including in-house or hybrid with agencies/freelancers;

— Partner with products teams to align brand promise with delivery;

— Advise Entrepreneurs-in-Residence on early-stage brand, launch and growth plans for their ventures inside the builder.


6-month outcomes

— 1M MAU across the portfolio (not less than 60% organic – SMM, SEO);

— At least 10k paying customers across the portfolio across 3 GEOs;

— Fully packed marketing team that can handle minimum 6 portfolio projects simultaneously.


Experience: what you bring

Growth operator profile

— 7+ years in full-stack marketing with a strong focus on SEO, SMM, and growth hacking for early-stage B2C digital products;

— Proven track record of launching and scaling multiple products in consumer tech, digital health, wellness, or DTC;

— Strong data fluency: you think in metrics, cohorts, and CAC-to-LTV ratios;

— Experience with marketing tech stack: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Webflow, GA4, Mixpanel, Hubspot, Ahrefs, Zapier, etc.


Ecosystem mindset

— Experience working in or with venture builders, accelerators, or startup studios is a big plus;

— Comfortable architecting and juggling marketing for multiple products at different stages – from pre-launch to scaling;

— Ability to think brand and performance together across multiple verticals.


Values & domain alignment

— Deep interest in or experience with mental health, psychedelics, wellness, or mission-driven consumer products;

— Experience working with regulated categories (e.g., cannabis, telehealth, supplements) or in ambiguous regulatory environments is a major plus.
