Responsibilities:

— Maintaining network operations, installing, configuring, and servicing operating systems (Windows, Mac, *nix) and user software;

— Managing online services, including creating user accounts, email management, assigning access rights, tracking and managing subscriptions and payments;

— Coordinating with third-party technical support services;

— Providing technical support to users;

— Administering Google Workspace;

— Monitoring task deadlines using Jira and Slack;

— Ability to troubleshoot issues quickly, with a proactive and investigative approach;

— Documenting all technical procedures and incidents;

— Assisting senior colleagues with complex projects and tasks.

Requirements:

— At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator;

— Experience with Linux, Windows, and macOS (configuration, monitoring, service management);

— Experience with administering Google Workspace;

— Experience with any cloud provider (AWS, Google Cloud);

— Experience with Docker and containerization basics;

— Experience with backup systems;

— Desire for professional growth;

— Self-reliance, responsibility, and multitasking ability.
