Responsibilities and Goals:

— Operational management of recruitment processes

— Building relationships with hiring managers and understanding their business and technical needs

— Sourcing suitable applicants through online job boards

— Conducting interviews and applicant screenings to fill open positions

— Registration and management of employees' personal documents

— Personnel training plan development and management

— Management of employee performance and evaluation issues

— Maintaining personnel documentation and records

— Handling ad-hoc hiring requests

Requirements

— 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus technical roles

— Experience in sourcing with LinkedIn and other tools

— Experience in supporting recruiting team and hiring managers

— Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems

— Proficiency in written and oral English

— Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

— Excellent written and oral communication skills

— Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes

— Understanding and strong interest in web3 industry
