Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Portfolio
– Partner with the C-level to sharpen a 12-month growth vision (free → freemium → subscription / chips / cosmetics).
– Translate market, competitive, and user research into clearly prioritised growth bets (onboarding, paywall, creator tools, referral, virality).
Acquisition Engine
– Own the new-user funnel: SEO landing pages, creator share links, App Store/Play Store optimisation.
– Launch rapid experiments (A/B, multivariate, geo splits) to lift CAC-to-LTV ratio.
– Define self-serve tracking for attribution (e.g., branch links, UTMs, event taxonomy).
Full Lifecycle Execution
– Write crisp PRDs, user stories, and success metrics for every sprint.
– Work daily with design & engineering to ship weekly increments—mock-ups to production.
– Drive quality bar: acceptance criteria, QA sign-off, post-launch retros.
Data & Experimentation
– Formalise North-Star metrics (activation %, D7 retention, ARPPU) and leading indicators.
– Run a/b tests with statistical rigour; evangelise findings across the org.
– Build dashboards in Amplitude / Mixpanel / Looker so anyone can self-serve insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership
– Align GTM, community, and engineering on launch calendars.
– Present roadmap trade-offs to exec staff with a clear business case.
– When headcount grows, mentor junior PMs and PMMs in growth best practices.
User-First & AI-Aware
– Champion a creator-and-consumer loop: every feature must delight users and expand the content ecosystem.
– Stay on top of Gen-AI trends (VideoGen, AnimateDiff, multimodal LLMs) to spot opportunity and risk.
Requirements:
– 5+ years driving growth or monetisation in B2C mobile / web products, at least 1 year as senior/lead PM.
– Proven wins in user acquisition (SEO, virality, referrals) and freemium revenue (paywalls, IAP bundles, subs).
– Data native - can set up funnels, define p-values, and model business impact in Sheets / SQL / Python.
– Strong product craft: you wireframe, specify, and shepherd features through design, build, QA, and launch.
– Experience shipping in rapid-experiment cultures (weekly / bi-weekly cadence, feature flags, A/B suites).
– Clear communicator who aligns execs, engineers, and creatives around a single metric narrative.
– Genuine curiosity about AI companions, generative media, or creator platforms.
Qualification that can be a plus:
– Portfolio of AI-driven or gaming/entertainment products.
– Familiarity with LLMs, SD, cloud TTS, lip-sync, or video diffusion stacks.
– Comfortable operating in NSFW-permitted environments with strong safety standards.
