We are a health-focused app with 10 million users across 130 countries and 180,000 five-star ratings in app stores. We are looking for an HR Operations Manager with 5+ years of experience to enhance HR processes, support the team, and prepare the company for IPO. Requirements
— Experience in HR operations within a dynamic, distributed team.
— Expertise in reviewing and optimizing HR policies.
— Proven track record in managing payroll, compensation, and integrating HR systems.
— Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
— Knowledge of labor laws across multiple global regions is a plus.
— Strong skills in building collaborative partnerships with C-level executives and aligning with the company's tone of voice.
— English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher.
— Professional communication: at Welltory, we value asynchronous communication, so it's essential to articulate your thoughts clearly and collaborate effectively with finance and recruitment teams, as these will be key stakeholders in your work.
Responsibilities
— Take ownership of all processes related to employee lifecycle management, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding, ensuring they are executed seamlessly and in alignment with company policies.
— Optimize HR processes to ensure stability and provide quick, effective support to employees and managers.
— Draft employment contracts, organize onboarding for new hires, and develop compensation strategies.
— Coordinate payroll, benefits, and employee status changes in systems in collaboration with the finance team.
— Adapt HR processes to meet IPO requirements while considering labor laws across different regions.
— Manage various requests from remote employees across the Globe.

— In our People Team, you will collaborate closely with the Recruitment Team and Finance Department to ensure seamless HR operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating salaries, benefits, and onboarding processes, as well as supporting managers at all stages of employee engagement.
