The Communications Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies across PR and social media channels. This role combines media relations, public relations, social media management (for both B2B and B2C products), and community engagement. The Communications Manager will work closely with the Brand Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging, brand consistency, and alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance brand awareness in fintech, cryptocurrency, payments, forex, and gambling industries.

- Manage media relations, including drafting press releases, liaising with journalists, and monitoring industry news.

- Oversee and grow social media presence across LinkedIn, Telegram, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.

- Create engaging content, including thought leadership articles, multimedia posts, and community engagement initiatives.

- Build partnerships with media outlets, and event organizers to expand brand visibility.

- Track and analyse PR and social media performance, optimising strategies based on data insights.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in PR and media relations, including successful placements in Tier 1 or relevant industry media.

- 3+ years of experience in fintech or crypto industries

- Strong writing and editing skills in English (C1 level or higher) - ability to craft press releases, articles, and statements independently.

- Experience managing communications across multiple channels (B2B and B2C), including social media, blogs, and newsletters.

- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, legal, sales, and executive teams on sensitive topics.
