We are the Armenian AI company—working on theoretical research and developing maths-heavy software for clients.

At the moment, we are building an unusual application for one of the largest educational companies in the United States. It includes a significant 3D component, and as far as we know, nothing quite like it exists.

We are looking for a Unity developer who has one or more of the following:‍

— Experience writing non-Unity code in complex, multi-component systems;

— And/or experience using Unity in non-gaming, industrial-style projects;

— And/or a Master’s or PhD in mathematics, physics, or a related field;

— And/or a good eye for design;

— And/or experience as a technical team lead.

The role is fully remote with a flexible schedule. You are free to use AI tools, but the final code is assessed to professional human standards. Management at all levels comes from an engineering or 3D background. Clear specifications and documentation are highly valued. There are no daily calls or SCRUM meetings. Pay is based on contribution, and management is not the highest-paid group. Compensation is reviewed at the end of each project cycle.

This is a Grade 5 role, though we also consider Grade 4 and 3 developers. Externally, it would be seen as a Senior position, but internally we treat it as junior-to-mid-level due to the nature of our work.

The salary is roughly $4,000–$7,000 after tax, depending on your experience and taxation system.
