Responsibilities include

- Daily interaction with clients, including consultations, analysis, and optimization of advertising campaigns.

- Addressing and resolving client issues and objections.

- Actively participating in increasing sales volume through additional offers and services.

- Strategic planning to strengthen and maintain relationships with key clients.

- Attracting inactive partners and supporting the growth of the active client base.

What we expect from candidates

- Experience in digital advertising or technology.

- Previous work experience in customer service (technical support, account management, sales).

- English language proficiency at the Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher, including oral and written communication.

- Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Google services, and experience with CRM systems.

- Ability to effectively manage a client base of 50+ accounts.

- Capability to work both collaboratively and independently to achieve the best results.

- Most importantly, a willingness to learn, as we are ready to invest our resources and time in you.
