Responsibilities:

— Game Design & Onboarding: Create a smooth, intuitive onboarding experience with tutorials, guides, and focused UI for new players.

— Gameplay Flow: Redesign the game flow to give players clear goals, motivation, and a sense of purpose from day one.

— PvP and Seasonal Content: Develop new competitive systems, including seasonal rewards, unique tops, and collectible assets with NFT potential.

— Monetization: Integrate engaging microtransactions — paid subscriptions, offers, boosts and whale mechanics.

— Clans & Community Systems: Improve the clan system and in-game events. Build infinite-scale communities with rankings, influencer-driven battles, and clan wars.

— Localization: Organize the translation workflow and set up an update system for multiple languages as the game grows.

— Testing & Audits: Organize testing processes for new features and coordinate with auditors to ensure security and functionality.

— Lootboxes & Shop: Introduce various box types (free, premium, elite), special offers, and long-term monetization hooks.

— Payment Infrastructure: Enable players to donate via crypto and fiat through web integration – cards, PayPal, BTC, ETH, TON, and more.

— Analytics & Admin Features: Collaborate on building dashboards, tracking retention, DAU/MAU, LTV, and other key metrics. Help define and test features like referral programs, partner APIs, and notifications.

Requirements:

— Experience: In product management in game development, ideally with Web3 elements.

— Creativity: Able to craft engaging systems that boost player retention and revenue.

— Data-Informed: Comfortable making decisions based on game metrics and player behavior.

— Communication: Experienced in working with designers, developers, and community teams.

— Web3 Familiarity: Understanding of NFTs, Telegram Mini Apps, or blockchain mechanics (TON knowledge is a plus).
