We are looking for a Recruitment Team Lead to join our team!

Over the past year, we’ve established a solid foundation: implemented the PinPoint ATS, developed a data- and BI-driven sourcing strategy, automated interviews with transcription tools, and launched a successful referral program. We take a thoughtful approach to candidate evaluation — conducting competency-based interviews, training hiring managers, and tracking key recruitment metrics.

Now, we’re ready for the next stage of growth. That’s why we’re looking for a Recruitment Team Lead — a strong leader who can guide our recruiting team and deliver bold initiatives to help scale the company.

Key Responsibilities

— Lead and develop a team of recruiters: set goals, mentor, and support them in achieving results

— Shape and execute the company’s hiring strategy across all departments

— Implement modern recruitment methods and tools, continuously enhancing team expertise

— Design and optimize hiring processes to ensure transparency and a positive experience for all stakeholders

— Leverage data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive efficiency

— Build strong partnerships with business leaders: support them in defining hiring needs and creating effective candidate profiles

— Develop competency frameworks and advanced candidate assessment tools

— Automate routine processes and integrate best practices into daily operations

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

— Proven experience in recruitment within IT or Game Development

— Experience managing and developing a team of recruiters

— Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (X-ray, Boolean search, etc.)

— Experience building recruitment processes and implementing automation solutions

— Strong analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions

— Skilled at building trusted partnerships with hiring managers and providing strategic input

— Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills
