Responsibilities

— Develop and implement the overall SEO strategy for Justdone.ai for various locales (EN, ES, PT, etc.).

— Execute link-building strategies (anchor plan and donor search).

— Gather semantic core and optimize website pages.

— Prepare briefs for copywriters and oversee task execution.

— Continuously research trends, competitors, insights, and new opportunities.

— Monitor key SEO metrics.

— Conduct technical audits and set tasks for the development department to fix issues.

— Work on converting organic traffic.

Requirements

— 4+ years of overall experience in SEO.

— Experience scaling projects from 0 to 50k+/day organic visitors.

— Proficiency with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Serpstat, Semrush, Similar Web).

— Deep understanding of website ranking factors and search engine algorithms, including AI optimization.

— Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

— Upper Intermediate+ English proficiency.

— In-depth knowledge of On-page, Off-page, and technical website optimization.

— Experience in team management.
