Minee Wipes — #1 brand in Travel Wipes on Amazon US. 2026: 10× revenue growth to almost $1M sales per month, retail in Target, Gabe's, Lowe's and Circle K. International A-player team across North America, Europe and China. Building toward $100M.

The role

Own the cross-functional projects that keep the business moving — marketplace, new products, growth channels, supply chain, compliance, legal. You spot where a process is missing and build it, turn a messy multi-party problem into a plan with clear owners and dates, and drive it to done without being chased.

What you'll do

— Run several cross-functional projects in parallel, from kickoff to done

— Launch new growth channels: marketplaces, geographies, retail and social commerce partners

— Drive new product launches across teams — timelines, dependencies, handoffs

— Source and manage external contractors: lawyers, certification bodies, agencies

— Push product compliance certifications through to approval

— Own recurring operational and financial reporting

— Build internal tools, SOPs and docs that make the whole team faster

Who we're looking for

— Proven track record running multiple projects at once, fully independently

— Systems thinker — you build SOPs from scratch, not just follow them

— Operations background, ideally with finance exposure

— Advanced Google Sheets — you build real tools, not just fill in cells

— High urgency and ownership, detail-obsessed, nothing needs chasing

— Fluent English

Nice to have: e-commerce or Amazon background, compliance certifications, confident with Notion and AI tools.
