Requirements

— Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role for at least 1 year

— A portfolio showcasing design projects

— Proficiency in Figma (components, variants, variables)

— Product mindset. Ability to create design based on business goals and user needs

— Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices

— English: conversational - Upper intermediate and higher

Responsibilities

— Designing UX and UI for enterprise and consumer products (web and mobile apps)

— Collaborating with product owners and UX-specialists from the client's side

— Building and maintaining design systems in Figma

— Creating icons, micro-illustrations, sometimes - logos
