We are currently looking for a ME Analyst for Marketplace Efficiency, who will be responsible for engaged in developing products and algorithms for pricing, order allocation, and finding the optimal supply/demand balance.

Responsibilities:

- analyze the impact of discounts and bonuses on user’s behavior;

- develop a long-term model of incentives for passengers & drivers;

- research a balance in the use of incentives and pricing mechanics;

- generate and test hypotheses to search for growth points, explain the results to business stakeholders;

- conducting A / B testing - participation in the development of conditions for conducting and interpreting the results;

- interact with all teams of the Data Department, to optimize data flows, control the quality and integrity of product data, create data marts for the product.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science;

- analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, the ability to find a balance between the resources spent and the effect on the business;

- strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series and causal inference;

- proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries;

- proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimize complex queries, create analytical data marts;

- experience in creating BI reports: Plotly / Redash / Tableau;

- Professional working proficiency in Russian and English.
