What You’ll Do

— Own hiring end-to-end across operations roles (kickoff → offer → close)

— Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope, profiles, and hiring strategy

— Drive high-quality pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and creative approaches

— Ensure a fast, structured, and high-bar interview process (clear ownership, fast feedback, strong candidate experience)

— Act as a strategic advisor — challenge assumptions, calibrate candidates, and influence hiring decisions

— Build and refine hiring frameworks, processes, and interview standards as we scale

— Maintain strong ATS discipline (Greenhouse), ensuring high-quality data and structured evaluation

— Contribute to talent branding and market positioning for operations roles

What We’re Looking For

— 4–8+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally in-house or in a hybrid (agency + in-house) environment

— Strong business partnering mindset — you can influence and challenge stakeholders

— Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments

— High ownership and accountability — you push things forward and close roles

— Strong judgment on candidate quality (both capability and culture fit)

— Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

— Data-driven approach to hiring (pipeline management, conversion, quality)

— Experience with ATS tools (Greenhouse preferred)

Nice to Have

— Experience hiring for operations / business roles in scaling companies

— Background in startups, scale-ups, or operationally complex environments

— Exposure to real estate, marketplaces, logistics, or similar industries

— Experience hiring across multiple geographies
