Travel & Visa Manager — Remote

We're hiring a Travel & Visa Manager for a well-established, financially stable international company that hires for the long term.

This is a fully remote, hands-on role covering the complete travel and visa cycle for company staff — not just logging bookings, but personally owning visas, flights, hotels, and transfers end-to-end.

What you'll do:

— Manage the full visa process for employees, with a strong focus on CIS-passport nuances

— Arrange flights, hotels, and transfers directly (not just via internal request systems)

— Support ~5 business trips/year per relevant staff, plus one company-wide offsite (2-3 weeks)

What we're looking for:

— Strong, current hands-on visa experience — this is the core requirement

— Experience with CIS passport holders specifically (a big plus)

— Fluent Russian (native preferred); English B2+

— Bonus: direct flight-booking/hotel-negotiation experience

— Based remotely, ideally within GMT ±4 hours of Dubai (CIS, Europe, MENA)
