Taonga: the Island Farm is an immersive exploration and adventure game set on a colorful tropical archipelago.

What begins as a casual farming experience gradually evolves into a rich, multi-layered adventure. Players discover increasing depth through travel, story-driven quests, strategic battles, engaging mini-games, competitive events, and much more—transforming the game into a captivating midcore adventure with sophisticated mechanics.

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer to help grow and strengthen our team and continue bringing delightful experiences to our players.

Responsibilities

— Reviewing applications and supporting candidates through the whole recruitment process

— Sourcing candidates through diverse channels: job boards, social media, professional communities, and messaging platforms

— Screening CVs and questionnaires to identify the most relevant profiles

— Closely collaborating with recruiters across all sourcing areas.

Our ideal candidate

— Has genuine passion for games

— Overall recruitment experience of at least 1 year

— Experience with ATS and different kinds of sourcing channels

— English language proficiency at level B2 or higher.
