What You Will Do

— Support full-cycle recruitment for technical positions with guidance from experienced recruiters;

— Learn how to source IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other modern tools;

— Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates' motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit;

— Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process;

— Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand hiring needs;

— Maintain candidate records in the ATS and keep recruitment data up to date;

— Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events;

— Continuously develop your knowledge of technologies, the IT market, and recruitment best practices;

Who You Are

— 1+ year of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT);

— Strong interest in technology and willingness to build a career in technical recruitment;

— Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English at Intermediate+ level or higher;

— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

— Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn quickly;

— Strong organizational and time-management skills;

— Experience with LinkedIn, ATS systems, or sourcing tools is a plus but not required;
