We’re looking for a web and graphic designer to join our marketing team.

Who we are looking for:

- At least one year of experience as a web designer, preferably in the IT industry

- A strong portfolio demonstrating your work (required)

- English proficiency at B2-C1 level and Russian at B2 level

- Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator

- Experience incorporating AI tools into your workflow (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Unbounce, etc.)

- Knowledge of After Effects and/or Blender is a plus

- Meticulous attention to detail with deep product immersion and focus on user experience research (analyzing click maps, scroll behavior, interactions, etc.)

- Ability to design layouts for books, magazines, and e-books, plus experience developing design systems, illustrations, and presentation materials

- Creative and effective approach to solving design challenges

- Understanding of current design trends, methods, and technologies with enthusiasm for emerging developments

- Professional approach to critique and collaboration

- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

Responsibilities:

- Create design concepts, layouts, and components for company websites and products while following brand guidelines

- Support and enhance the usability of existing design components

- Develop visual structure, hierarchy, and rhythm to effectively guide user attention

- Prepare clickable prototypes for user interface interactions

- Design and format content for websites, social media, and other channels; create illustrations, infographics, flowcharts, etc.

- Develop design concepts for merchandise, promotional campaigns, presentations, handouts, and other marketing collateral

- Design e-books, checklists, and brochures

- Support and expand the design system

- Basic skills in preparing pre-press files for printing
