What You’ll Do

1. Creator & Partner Growth

- Source and onboard creators and partners

- Launch and manage creator-led campaigns

2. YouTube Growth (Primary Focus)

- Drive traffic, engagement, and product usage through creator-generated content

3. Analytics & Decision-Making

- Build simple yet effective models in Excel / Google Sheets

- Automate creator discovery, outreach, tracking, and reporting using tools such as Sheets, Zapier, CRMs, APIs, or custom scripts

Who We’re Looking For

- Strong English proficiency

- Excellent communication skills

- Confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets, and assumptions

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment

- Russian is required

Level & Compensation

- All hires formally join at a junior level, regardless of prior experience

- Competitive starting compensation, paid in USD

Work Format

- On-site only (Almaty office)

- Monday–Saturday (6-day workweek)
