This internship is a unique opportunity to participate in a critically important stage of an innovative startup's development. You will join a team that:

Builds the future of running applications. Hiiro is at a turning point: the application is live on the App Store, the user base is activating, and the bug-fixing and optimisation phase has begun before attracting serious investment. Your work will directly influence this growth trajectory.

Together, we move toward attracting investment. You will become part of a team preparing the startup for serious funding. During your internship, you will gain direct experience managing the processes that investors value most: organisation, execution, and scalability.

Gain senior-level knowledge. Hiiro works with a distributed team managing complex app development processes, testing synchronization, user feedback collection, and product iterations. You will learn from people who have already traveled the path from idea to App Store.

Develop responsibility and leadership. In the Project Manager Intern position, you don't just complete tasks — you are responsible for synchronizing people's work, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality results. This teaches you to take on the responsibility that distinguishes true leaders from executors.

Intern Tasks

Task Monitoring:

— Monitor task status in the project management system

— Track deadlines and periods of high intensity

— Identify blocking factors and escalate issues

— Communicate daily with the team about work completion status

‍Participation in Planning:

— Prepare materials for sprint and release planning

— Assist in breaking down large tasks into subtasks

— Synchronize requirements between development and QA teams

— Participate in planning meetings and retrospectives

Building and Optimizing Processes:

— Analyze current processes to identify bottlenecks

— Develop documentation for work procedures

— Implement improvements to the team's workflow

— Create templates and checklists for repetitive tasks

— Monitor process effectiveness and suggest optimizations

Special Context of Current Stage:

— Support the active bug-fixing phase (prioritize critical errors)

— Collect and systematize user feedback

— Prepare application status reports for investment purposes

— Coordinate testing and quality assurance

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

High level of knowledge and experience:

— Project management experience (minimum 1-2 years in a PM, project coordinator, or analyst role)

— Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)

— Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)

— Basic understanding of software development and app lifecycle
