IT company Kiwitaxi (an international online aggregator of private transfer booking services) is inviting an Outreach Manager to join the Operations team.

What drives our company? For 14 years, we have been providing travelers with a private transfer booking service in more than 100 countries worldwide.

We have created a great travel product that we are proud of. We are among the best in this business segment, and that’s a fact that’s easy to verify.

The Role:

We are looking for a person with a hunter mindset who will independently find new partners (carriers), establish contact, and present the benefits of cooperation with our company.

This position is for you if you want to be not just a doer, but are ready to influence the development of the partner acquisition process.

You will have freedom in choosing approaches to sourcing, communication, and company presentation.

What We’re Looking For:

— 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or partnership programs;

— Strong persuasion skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships;

— Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset;

— Fluent English (C1 or higher) – you’ll be leading commercial negotiations;

— Experience in travel-tech, logistics, transportation, or marketplace platforms is a strong plus;

— An established network on LinkedIn, and knowledge of Spanish or Italian, are additional advantages.

Key Responsibilities:

— Sourcing and attracting new carrier partners via social media, professional communities, messengers, and other open sources;

— Conducting initial negotiations and presenting the company;

— Identifying the needs of potential partners;

— Handling objections and guiding negotiations through to successful onboarding;

— Maintaining a well-organized contact database and tracking interaction statuses;

— Meeting targets for new partner acquisition;

— Passing qualified leads to colleagues for further onboarding stages.

Note: This role requires managing a high volume of leads simultaneously throughout the sales funnel.
