We're looking for a Mobile Traffic & Lead Generation Manager to own the full mobile user-acquisition funnel — from traffic and lead generation through app installs, registrations, first deposits (FTD), and active trading.

What you'll do:

— Build, test, and scale mobile acquisition channels and traffic sources specifically for Forex/CFD

— Manage and optimize the complete funnel: traffic → leads → registrations → app installs → FTD → trading activity

— Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rates, deposits, and ROI — not just lead volume

— Drive acquisition strategies for Google Play and Apple App Store

— Identify and eliminate low-quality or fraudulent traffic

What we're looking for:

— 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing / mobile traffic acquisition / lead generation experience

— Proven experience generating mobile traffic and leads specifically for Forex, CFD, or online trading

— Strong understanding of acquisition economics and lead quality

— Experience with campaign tracking, attribution, and performance analytics

— Russian language strongly preferred (not mandatory)

— Israeli specialists with strong Forex/CFD lead-gen experience are very welcome

Big plus: experience with Match-Trade Technologies, MT4/MT5, Hebrew, or existing relationships with mobile traffic sources/affiliates.
